1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting an Order Form, or using WayConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. You must have authority to bind that organisation and be legally able to enter into the agreement.
2. Accounts and workspace administration
- Provide accurate account, billing, and organisation information.
- Protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
- Assign permissions carefully and remain responsible for authorised workspace users.
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable documentation.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use WayConnect to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited communications; interfere with the service; bypass limits or security controls; reverse engineer protected elements; or enable another person to do so.
Customers are responsible for obtaining required consent, honouring opt-outs, and following messaging, consumer-protection, employment, privacy, and industry rules that apply to their use case.
4. WhatsApp and connected services
Some features rely on Meta, WhatsApp, payment providers, cloud platforms, or other third-party services. Their terms and availability also apply. WayConnect is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, policy changes, suspension decisions, or service interruptions.
5. Plans, fees, and renewals
Plan limits, pricing, billing frequency, taxes, usage charges, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in an applicable Order Form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled before the next renewal date.
Failure to pay undisputed amounts may result in restricted access or suspension after reasonable notice.
6. Customer content and intellectual property
Customers retain their rights in content submitted to WayConnect and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and support that content. Customers confirm they have the rights and permissions required for their content and instructions.
WayConnect and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, documentation, brand, and related technology. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying the contributor publicly.
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, update, or discontinue features while seeking to avoid material disruption. Beta or preview functionality may be changed or withdrawn and is provided without a production availability commitment unless agreed otherwise.
8. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate as allowed by the selected plan or Order Form. We may suspend access to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or overdue undisputed payment. On termination, access ends and customer data is handled under the agreement and applicable retention settings.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable warranties expressly stated in an Order Form. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any agreed liability cap and exceptions are governed by the applicable Order Form and mandatory law.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Questions can be sent to legal@wayconnect.co. A signed Order Form controls if it conflicts with these online terms.
